Refund & Payment Policies

Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

Seller Fees

Listing Fee: Sellers may be charged a fee for listing items, based on the item category and price.

Final Value Fee: A percentage of the final sale price may be charged upon completion of the auction.

Refund Policy

Buyers are entitled to request a refund if the item they receive is significantly different from the listing description or damaged during shipping.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the item is returned to the seller.

Seller Payment Policy

Payments to sellers will be initiated once the buyer confirms receipt of the item.

Sellers must provide accurate banking or payment details for the transfer.

We reserve the right to hold payments if there are disputes regarding the transaction.

Disputes and Resolutions

If a buyer and seller disagree on the condition or delivery of an item, either party can file a dispute through our platform.

We will investigate and, if necessary, facilitate a refund or payment hold until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations

Sellers cannot cancel listings once an item has received bids.

Buyers cannot cancel bids unless exceptional circumstances are proven.

Currency and Exchange

All transactions are processed in LKR. Buyers and sellers are responsible for any exchange rates or international transaction fees if applicable.
